We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Training Specialist to become a vital part of our organization.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our quality management system by designing and implementing effective training initiatives for our workforce.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and sustain our ISO quality management framework.
2. Ensure adherence to ISO standards and relevant regulations.
3. Perform internal assessments to verify compliance with ISO requirements.
4. Organize and facilitate training sessions for staff members.
5. Create educational materials and documentation.
6. Assess the success of training initiatives and implement improvements as needed.
7. Maintain comprehensive training records to ensure regulatory compliance.
8. Collaborate with various department leaders to identify training requirements and formulate training strategies.
9. Offer support and advice to staff regarding ISO standards and training-related issues.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in ISO auditing and procedural documentation or related fields.
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulations is advantageous.
Ability to interpret blueprints, utilize calipers, micrometers, and gage pins.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
