About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in our Residential Programs. As a key member of our treatment teams, you will provide medical oversight, guidance, and individualized consultation to our employees who support individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide training and consultation to programs regarding medical issues, procedures, and techniques, and health and wellness practices.
  • Assess and provide individualized education related to person's health and disease processes; reinforce wellness and preventative health measures.
  • Review clinical records on a regular basis to ensure adequate services and supports are provided, including any applicable medical interventions, tests, or preventative care as necessary.
  • Provide oversight to the Medication Administration Program and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse licensed in Massachusetts, required.
  • Experience with adults with disabilities strongly preferred.
  • Excellent assessment, documentation, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
