Salary Information
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons.
Job Description
This temporary to hire opportunity requires a Customer Service Representative to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. The successful candidate will need to have attention to detail skills and the ability to learn new processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of the distribution industry, including shipping, tracking, and bills of lading, is also necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient data entry skills and good working knowledge of relevant software, such as MS Office, are also required.
