Your Role
This position involves assisting customers at the sales counter, processing orders, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You will also engage in warehouse activities, including loading and unloading deliveries, preparing materials for upcoming orders, and restocking inventory.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers through various communication channels.
- Input customer orders into the system promptly.
- Promote ongoing sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide exceptional service.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle credit and return requests as needed.

Shipping and Receiving Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Background in customer service with experience in high-volume environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred:
- Forklift operation experience and certification.
- Previous warehouse experience.
