Job Overview

At King's Cleaning Services, we are in search of dedicated Cleaning Specialists to enhance our operations in the Antelope Valley region. Your primary role will involve ensuring a pristine and organized atmosphere in both residential and commercial settings while maintaining the high standards of service that our company is known for.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all cleaning equipment after each workday.
  • Properly hang or lay out damp towels for drying at the conclusion of your shift.
  • Document job sites with before and after photographs.
  • Utilize the company app to clock in and out at the start and end of each task.
  • Complete the job site checklist within the company application.
  • Perform cleaning duties including disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
  • Prepare cleaning solutions in appropriate concentrations for various tasks.
  • Rearrange and dust furniture and fixtures as necessary.
  • Wash windows, walls, and blinds using specified cleaning solutions.
  • Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas as specified by customer requests.
  • Assist with folding and distributing clothing or linens when required.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills while servicing both residential and commercial locations.
  • Lift items weighing between 5-20 lbs as needed.
  • Ensure public access areas are clean and maintained to company standards.
  • Maintain professionalism and respect towards all staff and clients.
  • Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Keep the janitorial storage area organized and tidy.
  • Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.
  • Provide support to senior staff and colleagues as required.
  • Note: The company reserves the right to modify duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields is preferred.
  • Availability for on-call or part-time work is necessary.
  • Ability to manage a physically demanding workload.
  • Recommended: At least 1 year of experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles.
  • Recommended: At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
