We are seeking highly qualified individuals to provide instruction in the field of Science. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and course materials that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to promote academic success.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of Science and incorporate relevant technologies and pedagogies into instruction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the college's mission and goals.
  • Participate in departmental and institutional service activities, such as committee work and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Science or a related field.
  • Teaching experience in a post-secondary setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Science or a related field.
  • Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional technologies.
