About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Cedar Family Dentistry. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional oral health care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and screenings
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on proper oral health care techniques and habits
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in the state of practice
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
  • CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care
