Creative Financial Staffing is actively seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their dynamic finance team in Bolton, CT. This key position involves overseeing the accounts receivable function, managing billing processes, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Job Responsibilities- Streamline and manage the accounts receivable process for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records and monitor aging reports to identify potential issues.
- Analyze discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and implement solutions to improve financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing concerns and enhance collection strategies.
- Contribute to process improvements and participate in special projects as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role in AR, collections, or billing.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel for tracking and reconciling accounts.
