As a Tax Senior Manager, you will play a key role in managing and reviewing high-level tax returns for clients across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, dealerships, real estate development, and manufacturing/distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review complex tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Work closely with clients and staff to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and on time.
  • Review, approve, and sign tax returns for release to clients.
  • Coach and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and develop their careers.
  • Gather relevant tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns.
  • Analyze tax situations from multiple angles to ensure maximum tax benefits are applied.
  • Network and build relationships with clients and prospects to attract new business for the firm.
  • Bill clients for services and guidance provided.
Requirements
  • Active CPA license and 7+ years of experience in public accounting tax work.
  • Knowledge of various industries and ability to read financial statements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to notice issues and bring solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
