**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Innerspring Clip Assembler to join our team at HSM Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for pre-attaching border wires to innersprings and ensuring quality control prior to packaging.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Pre-attach border wires to innersprings using an air-powered clip gun
  • Inspect innersprings for quality and perform repairs as needed
  • Lift and move innersprings to an overhead carrier, ensuring accurate placement
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment, meeting productivity and quality standards

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
