About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Investment Banking Professional to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in investment banking and ECM transactions to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay abreast of market developments and provide relevant market updates to the team, including following global capital markets, investor sentiment, and equity fund flows.
- Act as point person on a deal team for organizing and putting together client presentations.
- Conduct and model a broad range of corporate financing alternatives and due diligence for client transactions.
- Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses as well as market-specific analysis.
- Develop and participate in client pitches to advise on investment banking transactions.
- Work on transaction execution, including preparation of marketing materials for the JV equity sales and coordinating the collection of investor feedback on new issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of prior relevant experience in investment banking or a related field.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in financial analysis and software programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience working with Bloomberg data.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
