Hospitality Assistant Role

BIG TOP EVENTS LLC is seeking a skilled Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Breese Stevens Field. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our luxury suite areas and exclusive ticketed spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of buffets in assigned hospitality locations, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Monitor food warmer temperatures and menu item availability to ensure seamless service.
  • Ensure buffets, utensils, and condiment areas are clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
  • Collaborate with buffet captains and the beverage management team to stock suites and club areas prior to events.
  • Under the guidance of F&B Management, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with Department of Public Health guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive, safe, and fun work environment.

This is a part-time, hourly position with scheduled hours typically occurring in the late-afternoon and evening, including weekdays and weekends. The position is tip eligible.
