Detailer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Detailer to join our team at North Country Auto Body & Mechanical in Hugo, MN. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and washing cars, sanding and buffing freshly painted parts, and performing other duties as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Pre-wash incoming vehicles to ensure they are clean and ready for detailing.
  • Wash and clean outgoing vehicles to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Sand and buff all painted panels to achieve a showroom finish.
  • Clean and maintain loaner vehicles to ensure they are in excellent condition for our customers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the shop to create a safe and efficient working environment.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a team-oriented individual who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous detailing experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
Work Schedule and Pay:
  • Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
  • Pay is commensurate with experience.
