Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical services for patients at CRH, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Manage medical conditions throughout hospitalization, ensuring seamless care transitions and effective patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough History and Physical Assessments to inform treatment decisions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate closely with treatment teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive patient care.
