Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the overall execution and financial performance of mechanical retrofit projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and manage subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors
  • Estimate project costs and provide technical support to sales
  • Identify opportunities for project improvements and implement cost-saving measures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Four or more years of comprehensive, technical and operational knowledge of the service business, particularly related to smaller fast track retrofit, remodel and tenant improvement types of projects
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems
