Clinical Psychiatric Nurse

True Team Medical is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychiatric Nurse to provide clinical services to clients receiving Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team services. This role involves monitoring medical/clinical aspects of services delivered and working closely with the ACT team to ensure seamless care. As a Clinical Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing symptom assessment and management, individual counseling, and psychotherapy to clients. You will also assist in identifying evidence-based practices and consulting with primary healthcare providers on clinical aspects of client care.
Salary Range: $60,653 - $71,064

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to individuals receiving ACT services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring client progress, identifying areas for improvement, and developing effective treatment plans. You will also be responsible for documenting client information, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a current RN license in North Carolina and at least [X] years of experience in psychiatric nursing. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines is essential. Additionally, you must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
