About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Personal Care Services: Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or needs.
  • Participate in Meal Service: Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleaning, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience for residents.
  • Comply with Regulations: Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen Guidelines.
  • Foster Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in a caregiving role or similar function preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate verbally in person and over the phone; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred; CNA or HHA certification a plus.
