Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to donors and customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist Driver: Assist the driver in efficient pick-up schedules and routes for the Store Truck(s).
  • Operate Cash Registers: Operate cash registers and make sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Load and Unload Donation Trucks: Load and unload donation trucks, ensuring timely and efficient processing of donations.
  • Adhere to Store Policies: Adhere to all store policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: Three years' retail sales experience preferred, with experience in construction or building materials/hardware a plus.
  • Skills: Knowledge of fair market value of new and used materials, superior customer service skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
