MOD Squad Captain

We are seeking a highly motivated MOD Squad Captain to join our team at MOD Pizza. As a captain, you will be responsible for leading the squad to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization.

You will set the example of what it means to serve and create a welcoming environment for all. You will also coach your team to achieve operational standards and engage with the community to build a loyal customer base.

To be successful as a MOD Squad Captain, you must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience. You should also be able to think strategically and act tactically, staying calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.

The estimated salary for this role is $17.25 per hour, plus an incredible tip share program. Our team members average almost $4/hour in tip earnings. Additionally, you will be eligible for paid sick time, paid vacation, free meals, pet insurance, discounted gym membership, and more.
