About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa. As a Surgical Technologist Contract Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage supply inventories, surgical equipment, and operating room suite readiness.
  • Provide clinical and technical assistance as directed during operative and invasive procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and assembly of complex mechanical devices.
  • Support Surgical, CVOR, and GI services to provide an effective and safe patient/staff environment.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant CST experience.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of an accredited school for Surgical Technology.
  • Certification as Surgical Technician.
  • BLS Required.
