Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Director of Production to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of producers and overseeing the production of AAA games. If you have a passion for gaming and a proven track record in mid-sized to large studios, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 9 producers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality games.
  • Oversee 2 Production Managers transitioning to individual contributor roles.
  • Make strategic decisions on game development, costs, and revenue.
  • Identify and address potential challenges to ensure smooth production processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the video game industry.
  • Proven experience in AAA game production.
  • Background in mid-sized to large studios (no tiny studio or self-employed candidates).
  • Director to Executive level experience.
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
