Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer, PE

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for various projects, including facility systems at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop electrical system designs, including low-voltage and medium-voltage distribution systems, using Arc Flash / ETAP software.
  • Prepare design drawings, technical specifications, and power system analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Perform field inspections and attend system start-up activities.
  • Assume a team lead role and train/guide other engineers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design and development.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) Certification in the State of Texas.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
