MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE. Please note on submission profile to prevent delays.

Effective Immediately, You MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions.

This license is required by the state of NY in order to staff for temporary needs. COVID vaccinations not required, however strongly encouraged.

As of 1/1/202-, ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance.

Welle - (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI - Multipliers (OT, Holiday, Call-Back): 1.THIS TRAVELER WILL BE WORKING DURING EPIC CONVERSION MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE

MUST be willing to float to other Med Surg units as needed

Peritoneal Dialysis training - Preferred

Please make sure you review compliance requirements for this need with your traveler to ensure they will meet all medical/vaccination requirements before upload to Trio.

License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)

Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address must be included in profile):

Glens Falls Hospital (GFH) is a 410-bed not-for-profit community hospital and the largest employer in New York's Adirondack region, with over 2,500 employees and a medical staff of over 540 providers.

Founded in 1897, GFH today operates an advanced health care delivery system featuring more than 20 regional facilities and maintains a service area that spans 6,000 square miles across 5 diverse counties.

GFH provides a vast array of specialized medical and surgical services in addition to coronary care, behavioral health care, rehabilitation and wellness and many others.

Glens Falls Hospital is located between Saratoga Springs and Lake George.

Shift Notes

Days: 7a-7:30p: 36 hrs/scheduled /hrs/week guarantee

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
