Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at O'Gara Coach Company. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic preventative maintenance, inspecting vehicles for potential problems, and troubleshooting issues to ensure vehicles are performing properly and the needs of customers are appropriately addressed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Inspect vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend repairs
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the service department team to deliver superior service and education to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid California driver's license and insurable
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
