Incoming Material Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at SPECTRAFORCE. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the incoming inspection and disposition of materials at our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect incoming materials such as consumables, packaging, and raw materials to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and material specifications.
- Perform review of disposition deliverables to support disposition of materials and batches within inventory management systems.
- Assure materials comply with all client policies, standards, and Network & Global Standard Operating Procedures.
- Review documentation to support disposition of incoming materials.
- Work in electronic systems such as SAP, Learning Management, and Document management systems.
- Contribute to drafting, reviewing, or approving procedural documents.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, biochemistry, or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of directly relevant experience in a regulated cGMP environment.
- Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, quality, or warehouse environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Work is generally performed seated in a Warehouse condition but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no abnormal conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
