Job Summary

Mercy Radiology Group, a leading radiology group in the Sacramento region, is seeking a skilled Radiologist to join their team. As a Radiologist, you will be responsible for interpreting medical images and providing diagnostic information to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret medical images, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide clear and concise medical information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with coding and billing regulations.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
  • Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation and treatment.
Requirements
  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license.
  • Board eligible or board certified in radiology (ABMS or AOA).
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program in radiology.
