Position Overview:

Job Title: Senior Process Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement electrical and electronic systems for manufacturing production lines.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues in electronic control systems utilizing various tools.
  • Innovate solutions employing cutting-edge software and automation technologies.
  • Commission and optimize control systems, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Evaluate equipment requirements, estimate costs, and support budget development.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in technical service and engineering support within manufacturing or engineering settings.
  • Skilled in interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
  • Proven project management and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical CAD, Allen Bradley PLCs, Studio 5000, and various HMI interfaces.
  • Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis and formulate action plans.
  • Experience in the installation, programming, and troubleshooting of automation axis controls.
