About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at ProCare USA. As a Clinical Psychologist - School-Based, you will be working with young people in a school setting, providing interventions and support to help them overcome mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to young people in a school setting
  • Work collaboratively with school-based health teams and other professionals to provide comprehensive support
  • Develop and facilitate youth-appropriate group and webinar programs
  • Conduct contextual assessments and provide talking therapies
  • Participate in case consultation with school and health centre staff
Requirements
  • Registered Clinical Psychologist with current practicing certificate
  • Comprehensive clinical experience in modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, ACT, CBT, DBT, and/or FACT
  • Experience working within a mental health setting, undertaking contextual assessments, child, youth, and family-focused interventions, and providing talking therapies
  • Passion for working with people from all walks of life in a brief intervention primary mental health context
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
