  • Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure timely patching of Linux Server infrastructure
  • Collaborate with application management, development, and other IT teams to reduce vulnerability exposure

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Suse Linux Servers, RedHat, Ubuntu, and Oracle Linux
  • Expertise in Bash and Perl Scripting
  • Knowledge of VMware, Microsoft Azure, and/or AWS
  • In-depth understanding of server technologies, hardware, O/S, and related tools and applications
  • Excellent technical diagnostic and research skills, with expertise in troubleshooting
  • Ability to assess risks and take appropriate actions to restore services in the event of system outages
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to explain technical implications to management
