Job Summary

As a Food Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, training and developing team members, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the food court area, including inventory control and scheduling
  • Assist with preparing and cooking large quantities of food to meet customer demand
  • Ensure that all associates adhere to company and state policies and procedures regarding sanitation and food safety
  • Control shrink and maintain accurate records of inventory and sales
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • 6-12 months of related experience preferred
  • Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic literacy and computer skills
