Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hidden Level Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is based in Syracuse, NY, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure job descriptions are clear, complete, and compliant with HR guidelines.
  • Source potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives that enhance the recruiting strategy.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees, including creating new hire files, data entry, communication, and conducting new employee orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR-related processes.
  • Assist the HR team with data analytics and AAP/EEO reporting needs.
  • Support the execution of external recruitment events.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal collaborators.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Comfortable with social and electronic networking and building effective recruiting partnerships.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $62,000 to $72,000 annually.
