We are seeking an Aquatic Rescue Coordinator to join our team at CENTERS, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons at one of our 14 client locations.

Job Summary
  • Enforce all rules and regulations related to pool safety.
  • Provide customer service to patrons and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
  • Perform lifeguard duties, including scanning the pool area, responding to emergencies, and performing rescue operations.
  • Maintain current certifications in lifeguard training, First Aid for the Professional Rescuer, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Current American Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, AED, and CPR Training certification.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
