Key Responsibilities
  • Function Set-up and Breakdown: Review banquet function sheets, set up each function room according to instructions, and ensure all required items are provided.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of banquet function spaces, sign out necessary keys from a key lock box, and return keys at the end of the shift.
  • Communication: Continuously maintain communication with the guest contact person for needed items and inform supervisors of guest complaints/compliments.

Estimated Salary: $14 per hour.
