Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiology Technologist to join our team at Saxony Hospital. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures for radiological diagnosis, demonstrating knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric.
  • Follow physician's instructions, prepare and operate equipment, and position patients correctly to record diagnostic images.
  • Treat patients with care and respect, adhering to basic life support certification requirements.
  • Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when patient condition does not permit routine positioning.
  • Active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R), through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or recent graduate of an approved training program in Radiologic Technology (board eligible).
  • Must obtain credential in Radiography within 6 months of hire.
  • Current Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) license as Radiologic Technologist or current ISDH Radiology Student Permit.
