Job Title: Radiology Technologist
Job Description:
Uniti Med is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team for a travel nursing assignment in a Lincoln, Nebraska hospital. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners and X-ray machines
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, including disposing of biohazardous waste and cleaning equipment
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Ability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
