Salary Range and Benefits

Our competitive salary range is $45,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and licensure. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more. Employees can also earn up to $1,500 annually toward CEUs and licensure renewal, and participate in a 401k plan with company match.

Job Description and Responsibilities

We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team in Colorado. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our patients. This includes conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with our team to ensure seamless care.

Key Requirements
  • A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible field and Colorado licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI), Professional Liability Insurance, and credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare.
  • Up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions, TB Test, and CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work flexibly.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
