Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Senior Engineer (MJC) to contribute to our Advanced Aircraft Research, Development, Test & Evaluation initiatives. This role necessitates on-site support, as remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software solutions in C++ for robotics and antenna positioning systems, integrating radio frequency (RF) instrumentation.
- Utilize Qt within an anechoic chamber testing environment.
- Engage in electronic warfare (EW) testing activities in collaboration with clients.
- Create and apply data analysis scripts using Python and MATLAB to support testing objectives.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers and technicians to innovate new EW testing capabilities.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with existing EW testing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with RF testing equipment and instrumentation.
- 3 years of programming experience in C++.
- Proficiency in software development on Linux platforms.
- Familiarity with source control management tools, particularly Git.
- Experience with Python and MATLAB.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Background in supporting electronic warfare testing.
- Experience with Qt framework.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong customer service orientation, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both management and team members to achieve project goals.
Work Environment:
The role involves working in an office setting, primarily at a desk or cubicle, with the flexibility to choose between sitting, standing, or walking. Occasional travel may be required for meetings or site visits. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
