Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill or unstable patients following extensive injury, surgery, or life-threatening diseases.
- Monitor patients closely, using your expertise to identify potential complications and take proactive steps to prevent them.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in critical care nursing.
- Associate's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- One or more years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
