About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Screener to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors by conducting thorough medical screenings and collecting biological samples.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medical screenings of donors to ensure their eligibility to donate plasma
  • Collect and process biological samples for testing and analysis
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of donor information and test results
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient processing of donors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
