Job Summary
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a highly skilled Physician Liaison to join our team in Bella Vista, AR.

About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with our clinical team to build relationships with local physicians and grow our patient referral base. This role combines sales and public relations skills to promote our services and treatments while strengthening our reputation in the community. As a critical member of our team, the Physician Liaison will cultivate positive relationships among community practices, medical staff, and providers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase referrals and strengthen relationships with providers.
  • Design and execute outreach plans to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze referral data and track leads using specific templates and programs.
  • Build strong business relationships with local organizations and businesses.
  • Collaborate with other system functions to interact with physician offices.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing communications with referring providers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, Business Administration, or Healthcare preferred.
  • Recent experience working in a communications position within a sales or marketing environment may be substituted in lieu of education and/or experience requirements.
  • A Valid Driver's License as daily driving is a job requirement.
  • Willing to travel within an assigned territory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in computer programs.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement for business use of your vehicle.
