Work Schedule:
Flexibility is essential, with assigned hours between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sundays. Availability for varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required, with a minimum commitment of two weekends per month. The average weekly hours are approximately 20.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload merchandise from shipments, tagging, folding, hanging, and pricing items for display on the sales floor or in back stock.
- Restock products on the sales floor and ensure proper display of merchandise.
- Assist customers and sales staff in retrieving and loading purchased items.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, including general cleaning and organization of the store and back stock areas.
- Perform basic arithmetic operations and read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings with customers and fellow associates.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and support role management.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exhibit professionalism and respect while adhering to SCHEELS' policies and procedures.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership and support leads.
- Adhere to the assigned schedule, which may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, along with 1-3 months of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be capable of sitting, standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, talking, and hearing, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role involves very heavy work, requiring the exertion of over 100 pounds of force occasionally, over 50 pounds frequently, and over 20 pounds constantly to move objects. Physical demands exceed those typical for heavy work.
