Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relief Night Auditor to join our team at Quorum Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Register guests, make reservations, and handle guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Audit and Reporting: Prepare and balance daily reports, including revenue printouts, charge and paid folios, vouchers, and checks.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct security walks, ensure all areas are locked and secured, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Communication: Maintain radio contact with other employees during the shift and ensure all guests, managers, and fellow employees are treated with courtesy and respect.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain proper record keeping, including logbooks and other required documents.
  • Training and Development: Train new Night Auditors as requested by management and complete any reports as requested in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel front desk.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; 2 to 4-year college degree helpful.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Accounting Principles, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
