Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Mokena, Illinois. As a Med Surg nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing the needs of our patients and families.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to inform decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

• Current Illinois RN license
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• BSN preferred
• CPR-Healthcare Provider certification
• ACLS and/or PALS certification (dependent on site requirements)

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and transport patients and equipment as needed.
