Job Summary:The Insurance Product Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining insurance products, including personal lines insurance products. This role will involve working closely with actuarial, legal, sales, marketing, underwriting, claims, and administrative departments to identify necessary product updates and changes in insurance laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain insurance products, including personal lines insurance products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product updates and changes in insurance laws and regulations.
- Create final product forms for delivery to state insurance departments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of certification and field experience.
- Ability to identify, revise, and improve low-performing products and lines.
- Able to evaluate and implement aggressive policies while maintaining profitability.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $140,000, plus bonus and incentive packages. Our benefits include company-paid medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans, as well as optional flexible spending account, 401(k) with company matching contribution, group term life insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid time off for personal or sick days.
