Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CDL Driver to join our team at SOUTO. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to our customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items, and accept payments for delivered items.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules, while maintaining a safe driving record.
  • Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries, and operate equipment and machines as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL – A or B issued by the state where you intend to work and Medical Card.
  • 1 Year verifiable tractor – trailer experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Stable work history.
