Production Partnership Development Manager

The Production Partnership Development Manager will support Honda's supply chain team in recovering critical production suppliers and developing synchronized strategies with Supply Chain Counterparts. The ideal candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure all criticalities are addressed, roadmaps for recovery are maintained, and stakeholders are proactively communicated with.
Main Duties:
- Drive supplier problem solving techniques for identified supplier fault issues.
- Fix and develop supplier production systems and processes to prevent impact operations.
- Set focused priorities to reach objectives by developing a robust mitigation action plan to be followed and maintained.
Required Skills:
- Experienced in supplier quality, capacity management, manufacturing engineering, supplier development or crisis management preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Positive forward-thinking attitude with a high level of energy.
