Hostess Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Host/Hostess to join our Ruddsak LLC team.

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming patrons and ensuring their dining experience is of the highest quality.
• Ensure seamless table management, assigning patrons to suitable tables while maintaining rotation for servers.
• Communicate effectively with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Maintain open communication channels with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to guarantee excellent dining experiences.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Inform patrons about establishment specialties and features, enhancing their overall experience.
• Manage reservations efficiently, recording patron information as needed.
• Cleanliness of restrooms is ensured through regular inspections and maintenance.

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, based on experience.

• Previous work-related experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
