  • Manage various project components including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Strive for exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex projects within a specialized contracting or heavy industrial setting, preferably in the hydroelectric sector.
  • Experience in schedule management, including the planning and oversight of detailed projects.
  • Proficient in budget development, monitoring, and control.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools such as Primavera P6, MS Projects, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Location and Travel Requirements:

  • Preference for candidates located in Birmingham, Alabama.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required, depending on project locations.
  • Travel may involve visits to job sites, manufacturing facilities, and corporate headquarters.
