We're seeking an experienced Food Preparation Specialist to join our kitchen team at Ford's Garage. As a key member of our Heart of House team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food products to our guests.
About the RoleAs a Food Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and recipe standards.
Main Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food products, including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all food preparation areas.
- Support the success of our kitchen operations by stocking and prepping menu items accordingly.
- Valid food safety certification or ability to obtain.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- English language proficiency.
