Located in Simpsonville, SC

We are seeking a collaborative and reliable candidate to join our award-winning company and culture as a Full-Time Warehouse Shipping Associate. This role plays a valuable part in getting customers what they want when they need it.

  • Ensure a clean, safe, high-performing work environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain productive and efficient standard work through continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
  • Execute excellent work while observing and abiding by all safety measures to ensure the safety of yourself and team members.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.
  • Promote great interdepartmental relationships to ensure brand promise is consistently met through effective and respectful communication.
  • Stay familiar with all brands and ensure quality products are packaged and shipped out to customers in a way that promotes a great customer experience while minimizing waste.
  • Safely and efficiently unload trucks and containers that are both palletized and floor loaded.
  • Perform quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.
  • Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate at our South Carolina location, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.
  • Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO.
